This is one of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka. Such good value for money! All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very clean, comfortable bed, clean pool, the breakfast and dinner was amazing, great location close to restaurants. I could keep going on! They also organised our transport from Dikwella and to Ella as well as an amazing safari. Thanks so much for your hospitality :)

Amazing place to stay for a safari tour. We had a half-day safari and could see a lot of animals including elephants, crocodiles, water buffalos, spotted deers, a lot of birds, and others. One of the best days during our trip around Sri Lanka!

The accommodation was perfect. We were even able to change rooms without any problems and the family who owned it was very nice. They kept looking after our son so that we could eat in peace. It's really worth stopping there and enjoying the extraordinary hospitality. Simply top!

The place was beautiful even without the lake with wáter enough to swim. The room was very confortable and had a private balcony with nice views. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. We did the safary tour with the owner and we loved It, he really knows the place, and is very good at spotting small animals like lizards and birds.We saw many elephants, some of them very close! It was fantastic... Highly recomended It!

Our stay at Elephant Safari Lodge in Udawalawe was truly unforgettable! Isuru is an incredible host who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and at home. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, and the lodge itself was surrounded by beautiful flowers and breathtaking natural scenery. We enjoyed a wonderful safari experience, where we saw elephants, peacocks, deer and even a hyena in their natural habitat. The jungle mountains created a stunning backdrop for our adventure. After an exciting day, Isuru served us delicious home-cooked meals that we absolutely loved! This location is perfect for exploring Udawalawe National Park, and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay relaxing and memorable. This is the epitome of true Sri Lankan hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Udawalawe!

I have a good impression with this place. It's a family-run lodge but it's well-equipped. It's giving peaceful vibe and the room is spacious. You can ask the owner to arrange you lunch or dinner. The owner is also a tour host to Udawalawe National Park and the price is very acceptable. Highly recommended.

Very nice location only 30 m in the pool. Room was clean. The owner is very friendly . He help us arranged our Safari tour next day morning . It was amazing. Our Driver Really good person . We saw 1 Leopard and lot of animals . We are really enjoyed here. Highly recommend

Staying with Sujee was a delightful experience ! We had the chance to stay in the middle of the jungle between trees and a river flowing by. The room was super clean and comfortable and Sujee’s wife prepared the best Sri lankan diner for us. A true peaceful peace of heaven. We also did a Safari with Sujee who know his Udawalawe park by heart and can guide you the best to see the most of animals !
