That chalet feels homey. It's a rare feature. I guess it's the disposition of the rooms, or maybe some pieces of art that lift the place, or that step in front of the house (the house is build on a base) where you can sit and feel like the whole house is behind you. Maybe the bar that separates the kitchen, or the low couch on the right. The beautiful garden, the outside shower just where it should be. Whichever, it was felt like a home. And the owner, Selby, is a poet :-).

Everything was perfect! As everyone has already mentioned, the breakfast is very hearty and delicious. The room is spotless and is cleaned daily. The cooking corner is well equipped. The staff could not be friendlier! Always available and happy to help. They made our stay very special. Many thanks for the very early breakfast they arranged for us on the departure day. Highly recommended place to stay on La Digue and I guess one of the best price-wise.

We stayed in a beach house, and had a very nice room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The pool at this hotel is super, different depths, plenty of room to swim. The water is a bit shallow on the beach, but still very clean and beautiful beach! I would especially like to praise the dinners, these were the best we had on the whole trip on the different islands! Also breakfast was good, eggs cooked to your liking + pancakes :) The housekeeping was also impeccable, people kind and smiling. We were very pleased! Would like to go back again!

Lovely chalet, very nicely furnished, great bathroom and kitchen. Christopher is an amazing host and takes very good care of his guests. He also had bikes ready for us. Loved everything about our stay!!

The room was well thought out and lovely to be in with great air conditioning and a nice big bed! Breakfast brought to your porch when you asked for it was great but wants makes the place is the staff.Sarah couldn't do enough for us and all tbe staff were friendly and helpful. O'Soleil Chalets Self Catering is located in La Digue. The property has a tropical garden and is only a few steps away from Anse Severe beach, the best on the island for sunsets.
