The fireplace on in the evening, water bottle on the night stand and the slippers by the bed at night were extra welcoming. Malvin was an excellent guide, very experienced, attentive, and dedicated to finding the animals we wanted to see. George and Bongani took great care of us, making sure we were always comfortable, and never hungry or thirsty. Nadia and her team are incredible and nothing is too much trouble. The chef was amazing and we really enjoyed the meals. The actual chalets themselves are beautiful and extremely spacious, with indoor fireplaces and patios with hot tubs.
