Outstanding views, great spa bath and helpful staff. The falls view room I stayed in had a spectacular view of the horseshoe falls and the jacuzzi style bath had shutters - when open you could see the falls from the bath.

The owner is hospitable and so willing to share his wealth of knowledge about Niagara Falls, the area's history, offerings and attractions. Our private room on the second level was nice, clean, well lit, and comfortable. The property's location is ideal as it is within walking distance from everything (Aquarium, supermarkets, restaurants, State Park, welcome center, free shuttle bus and the Falls). We did not bring a vehicle and were able to do everything we wanted.

Offered breakfast & parking free of charge. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible from the town’s bus & train station - with a local bus stopping right outside the property. Also very close to a WeGo shuttle bus stop taking you down to the falls. Small swimming pool which was great for young kids to play in. Although no dinner option, the seating area had a free microwave and you could bring your own dinner into the hotel to eat at your convenience.

This time only the staff was good especially the shuttle guy and parking people.

Good location near the waterfall. Spatious and comfortable room, nice view over the waterfall. Pretty clean. The shuttle service for the offsite parking. The KEG Steakhouse on the 9th floor with view over the waterfall.

the worker gave me a tiny heater for the cold large room and could never heat it this is a minus 10 on the scale and should be shut down not to mention a dirty floor do not facilities have to maintain a certain temperature during the winter

We were offered an upgrade for a small fee to a falls view room. The views were gorgeous! The shuttle to the parking lot came regularly, never having to wait long.

Great stay! Staff was wonderful. They provided great service. Room was clean. Everything was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was really deliscious and fresh. Shuttle service was quick. Room service was fast. Food was deliscious. I highly recommend and would go back again.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a view of the US falls only but enjoyed the view! The staff and valet/shuttle personnel were all fantastic and extremely accomodating.
