Excellent location within a walking distance from the center/shops/restaurants/cafes, but still quiet at night and 1 min from the ocean where you can walk on the beach. We were welcomed with delicious chocolate muffins. The lady who owns the place is absolutely lovely - super friendly and welcoming, gave us her WhatsApp if we had questions. Bed is comfy, place is clean and has a large window. Exactly as advertised. Very safe, properly locks with a gate. Punta arenas is generally very safe.

Guests will found both shared dormitories and bungalows. There is a garden and direct access to Serrano River. Views of the mountains are featured. Patrick, the owner, was incredible! He totally saved us when we got a flat tire. There are no service stations for 90 miles, but Patrick repaired our flat on the spot. He also offered to sell us gasoline if we ran short (which is easy to do in Torres del Paine - no service stations anywhere near). The view from the lodge across the Serano River towards the Horns was amazing.

Each bungalow has a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and private bathroom with hairdryer and towels. Cleaning services can be arranged. Our room was perfect! Comfortable kitchen, very nice bed, good pillows, nice cover, etc etc.

The accommodation offers a fireplace. Host was so nice and helpful with our arrival. I highly recommend this house, you will feel like at home:) The owner is so nice, she gave us a lot of recommendations for food, activities and she helped us with transport and other things. It is absolutely perfect:)

The most absolutely stunning property I have ever been to! And the food, it was easily the best food I have ever had at a hotel/lodge. You can tell the wine list is carefully chosen, was the beer. There is not a think about the whole experience that isn’t carefully thought-out for that matter. All of the staff were endlessly sweet and very diligent about trying to make this a truly wonderful experience for everyone who walks through their doors.

Great location. Our room was perfect for four people with four individual twin beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was great.
