The hosts and their team of staff are just very lovely people- there is a sort of old school home away from home feel to the place. The food is just great in that there are plenty of really healthy options- fresh ingredients and home cooked items. They arranged for me to hike with a neighbour- a french lady who has 10 years experience of all the local tracks- on horseback and on foot...it was fabulous. It was great to have hot water and quality towels and bed linen. I really felt very comfortable here as a solo traveller.

The loft is thoughtfully designed and surrounded by nature. María was very helpful and welcomed us at the El Valle Lodge Restaurant nearby. The room was comfortable, the terrace was relaxing, and the beach is a short walk away. We also enjoyed a calm happy hour with music at night. Perfect place to disconnect. Will definitely return.

You feel in the jungle and that felt amazing!! The staff was extremely friendly and when we finally met the owner we were impressed with his dedication to make this place an EXPERIENCE. Great place to totally disconnect from any stress. We slept so good a night there !!!
