Exceptional place. The lodges are all beautiful and impeccably done. The staff are wonderfully friendly and it is truly a special place to stay. The lodges are incredible. Such wonderful detail and all you see are trees from each window. There are little ovens, a hob and a full size fridge so plenty to make a small meal there but we had takeaway pizza from the local village. Early evening the staff lit a fire at the communal area and there were marshmallows and sticks for everyone to toast a marshmallow. There’s a box of children’s toys and some excellent beers and wine so it’s a lovely space to spend early evening. Everyone was really friendly and my children made friends with other children (despite not speaking the same language). I would not hesitate to recommend this place to everyone and will most certainly be back.

Perfect owners. Perfect hospitality!!! We have arrived late evening and despite on this they’ve provided very good invitations. Madam was offering us with perfect backing. More over, they have provided with some excellent and helpful information about the region. They have the super cats (6 of them). Highly recommend for persons who would like to discover the Normandy!!!

The Chalet Suisse is charming and beautifully appointed. Our room was so comfortable. We were greeted warmly, and our host told us some history of the house. Breakfast is served in the conservatory, and a delicious array of homemade jams, bread, and cheese is available. Coffee is good! We would definitely recommend a stay here...the area is tranquil and the seaside is a short drive away. Also, the ferry port is only 40 minutes away.
