Really everything was amazing in this accommodation! It’s a beautiful cottage, the beds were comfortable, the porch was beautiful and kids could play in the garden. Everything you could possibly need is available (laundry detergent, shower gel, oil and spices, but also cereals, candy and chocolate bars). We were also gifted some appetizers, bread and wine. The owner lives right next door and is incredibly friendly with a lot of information on the area.

The chalet is set in a peaceful, green area about 7 km from Entrance 1, far from the crowds but close enough for quick trips to the park. The surroundings are beautiful, with open views of the hills and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The chalet itself is charming, spacious, and spotless. Inside, there’s a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware), a comfortable bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The wooden interiors give it a warm, rustic feel. Outside, there’s a terrace with mountain views, a barbecue, and a small playground – perfect for mornings with coffee or evenings under the stars. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. Wi-Fi is available, though sometimes unstable, but for us that added to the “disconnect and relax” experience. Overall, Father’s Land is an ideal place for couples or families wanting comfort, nature, and tranquility near Plitvice. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Hedgehog's Home beschikt over gratis fietsen, een tuin, een terras, en biedt accommodatie in Korenica met gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de tuin. We werden bij aankomst verwelkomt door 2 honden en een kat. Dat gaf meteen een lach op ons gezicht. Je wordt omringt door dieren, vooral door de sociale kat des huize. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en gemoedelijk. De woning is een verborgen parel en perfect om tot rust te komen. Alles was zeer proper. Op 25min rijden van de Plitvice meren. Ik raad dit zeker aan, nog mooier in het echt dan op foto!
