What an amazing stay at Dune Alaya! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine kindness. They were always available to answer questions and offer help, making me feel right at home. The ladies from the kithen serve the most delicious meals made with love. I found myself looking forward to mealtime each day! The location couldn’t be better: next to stunning mountains and just a stone's throw away from the beach. A very calm and peaceful location at the end of a dead end street. The free use of bicycles was very handy for short distances and for longer distances we cheapily rented scooters. But also the ecolodge itself was astonishing with a swimming pool for refreshment on hot days. Overall, this place offers a perfect blend of relaxing, convenience, and community. I definitely recommend it!

We chose the Sacred Beji to enjoy its calm jungle surroundings and it did not disappoint. The setting was very private and we enjoyed the use of the pool (shared by two villas) almost exclusively for ourselves. The staff at Sacret Beji was ready to help us with anything - Ami in particular made the extra effort and assisted us with various requests including booking us an amazing massage at the premises. The Jackfruit Restaurant, which is part of the larger complex, had a large variety of food, and everything we tried there was delicious. We explored the surrounding areas by scooters but anyone can easily hire cheap taxis to get around - Ubud is about 30 minutes south and Mt Batur is about 45 minutes north :)

The family takes care of everything with kindness and love, always with a smile and true generosity of spirit. The food is excellent and abundant, and it’s clear that everything is made with love - from the garden’s care to every grain of rice on the plate. There’s a private stream you can bathe in, and plenty of nearby trails to explore. The scenery is breathtaking and the area feels truly authentic.

We spend our Christmas time there with our 2-year-old son, and they made the holiday for us extra special. Δεν θα μετανιώσει κανεις αυτή την κράτηση !

Το Kubu Sakian Villa and Restaurant Sidemen παρέχει καταλύματα με εστιατόριο, εποχική εξωτερική πισίνα, κήπο και κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, ενώ το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Goa Gajah απέχει 27 χλμ. -great location in the middle of rice and chili fields - communication was easy with the very friendly staff (via WhatsApp) -you can book activities with help of the hotel or just consult them for transport (we did the rice field walk, which was nice and interesting) - clean pool area with sun beds and towels provided - very nice decorated rooms, with Mosquito nets - breakfast was nice as well (you have to order the day before a la carte) - restaurants serves also good food for dinner and drinks -complementary water in the rooms
