Every thing about the cottage is great ! It has been built with great care of every single detail and has a lot of charm. It comes as a wonderful surprise in the middle of the city and the market. It is a bit noisy for sensitive ears but nothing exceptional for India. Geeta and her husband are absolutely lovely and do really care about their customers.
Our stay was one we will remember for long. And we hope to be back again soon !

If you're looking for a warm quiet place to stay a few days, away from the hussle at the mainstreet, then you're on the right spot. Prahbat and sundanza just give you a warm welcome and make you feel at home. They invited me to a community party during Bihu, the national festival of Assam. Also an ideal place to wander through the village, surrounded by tea plantations and lush green hills. Definitely to recommend!

Such a beautiful chalet, located by a leisurely 10 minute walk to Garmur Town. It was a pure delight to have a cup of chai in the morning, sitting on the balcony listening to the symphony of birds going about their business. The chalet has great amenities, very hot water for a wash after a big day of cycling all over Majuli, a kettle to make chai and coffee when needed, a huge room to feel so comfortable in with a lounge and two big beds. Dulce Hogar has a wonderful host family in a chalet behind this residence, who are so helpful in answering all questions regarding Majuli and maintain this wonderful clean home stay. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent 👌👌. The rooms are spacious. It is located at a walkable distance to Kamakhya and Ma Baglamukhi Temple. The foggy hill view is beautiful from the lobby.
