The house that we had was very cute and confortable. The house had internal bathroom and toilet and they were very nice and clean too. The dinners in the restaurant were VERY delicios! The view from the porch of the house was fantastic!

Mystic Light Lodge ligt in Búðardalur en biedt gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de bergen. A beautiful and very modern cabin in a serene setting with almost no one around. Exceptional attention to detail with nothing left to chance. Excellent shower and bathroom. Very spacious, super modern even by hotel standards, with a really comfy bed. Top to bottom glass walls with beautiful views over the bay with seals (telescope included!) - watching them was great! Supermarket less than a 5 minute drive away. Hosts were wonderful. If you are the area and looking for peace and quiet, look no further - very highly recommended!

Stunning Luxury Chalet in West Iceland - Birta Rentals ligt in Húsafell en beschikt over een hot tub. We stayed for 7 nights end of December beginning of January 2026 and we were lucky to see the northern lights from home in the last day as the sky was clear and the place is dark and far from the city. The place is spectacular and spacious and is equipped with all what you need. If you’re planning to stay here make sure to get your grocery items from the city as there is no near shops. The place is calm and quiet which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nature. To get there I suggest renting a car as no taxi is near and even public transportation. The person in charge of renting the place was responsive and friendly and checking in was very easy and without any direct connection. The place has a heater so even when it was -14 we couldn’t feel cold inside as the place was nice and warm. I highly recommend this place for families and group of friends who is looking for nice quiet place to stay in.
