The host was simply the best couldn't get a better one.

The Tenuta sits wonderfully at the footstep of Loro Piceno hill. Nicely renovated, it offers a cozy and homey vibes. The grounds around are a true immersion in nature, with a range of dogs, cats and other animals that will keep you busy cuddling for the whole day. Daniele is a sincere and friendly host, he offered a superlative breakfast every morning.

Beautiful views , so so peaceful.
Comfortable mattress.
Little kitchen with stove and microwave, big refrigerator.
Perfect for 1 or 2 person .
Alessandra the owner is very helpful and kind .
Each bungalow has its own veranda and a nice little pool to refresh.
Nice bonus the breakfast with yogurt , juice , snacks and James .
I loved it .
Overall it’s very functional , a convenient solution if you want to stay for a week or 2 .

Beautiful traditional stone house in a tiny "village" in the hills. Very private and quiet. Jacuzzi with view on mountains and stars gave an extra romantic dimension to the stay! Great stove in kitchen! Even made use of some local herbs from the garden. Sofa bed was very comfortable! The owner was very kind and helpful. Giving sightseeing tips in the region! Definitely recommend it! Grazie mille per tutti!

Fantastic place in the mountains but close to the beach. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner was great. Would have stayed longer if time permitted.
