Kim was so helpful as he helped me call Hallasan when I needed to check the conditions for climbing. He also helped me call the car rental company to verify that they could come in earlier to help me catch my early flight.

Clean, very comfortable, close to Jungmun beach, wonderful pool, and tasty food! Pool is opened every day till late night, lots of things to see nearby and in Seogwipo. Airport limousine bus stope is just right at the hotel. Free shuttle is available at certain service time. Taxi and 🚌 not an issue in the area.

It is about 15 minutes away from Jeju International Convention Center(ICC), so it would be convenient to have a rental car. It was nice to be able to stay in an eco-friendly log cabin, with quiet surroundings, a view of the ocean on the horizon, and outdoor barbecue facilities and shelter.

The room was luxurious; beds were plush and super comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Halla-san. Staff provided excellent service including a free shuttle bus to the airport.

The service was amazing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful the moment you arrived into the hotel. Room service, front desk and housekeeping is really great. Mini concert in the swimming pool was a unique experience. Free shuttle bus from and to the airport definitely a bonus.

Proximity to airport. We were there for 1 night to catch our flight out of Jeju early morning. The hotel provides shuttle service from 6.30am earliest. I just pre-book via Bookingcom message and reconfirmed during checkin. Takes around 10 mins to airport, ample time for our flight at 9am. The room was also clean

- 5min drive from Jeju airport and lotte rental car - free shuttle bus to airport. We dropped off our rental car night before and took their 6:30am shuttle bus to airport. Make sure to book with reception when check in - heated floors. Controls inside wardrobe cupboard - strong shower pressure - on site CU convenient store self serve - plenty outdoor parking

I stayed in one of the separate cabins on the property. It was peaceful, well furnished, comfortable, and clean. It is within an easy drive of many attractions on the south coast, as well as a local restaurant with great dining. The host was very friendly, and recommended both attractions and a local restaurant. I stayed in one of the cabins onsite, which was spacious, and well appointed with a comfortable and large bed, and even a bathtub. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Jubilee Chalet! The place is straight out of a fairytale! We booked the house with the whirlpool and it was really spacious and clean, plus had everything one might need for his/hers stay. Amazing place! The host was really helpful explaining us our surroundings and giving is tons of tips where to go and what to do. He even went out of his way and gave us a ride to the shuttle stop on the day we left. All in all the greatest hospitality I have ever experienced!
