We had dinner there and had some of the best Sri Lankan vegetable curries so far on our trip. Owner organised transport from Ella and to Tangalle at a reasonable price as well as the jeep for the safari. The cottage was clean and had warm shower and AC.

We had the chance to stay in the middle of the jungle between trees and a river flowing by. The room was super clean and comfortable and Sujee’s wife prepared the best Sri lankan diner for us. A true peaceful peace of heaven. We also did a Safari with Sujee who know his Udawalawe park by heart and can guide you the best to see the most of animals !

The driver / guide managed to find lots of interesting animals. Lunch in the park overlooking the lake was a highlight too. The accomodation is a 5 minute drive to the park, and the gardens surrounding the bungalow are beautifully landscaped. The property was spotlessly clean too.
