The property is located approximately midway between Bacalar and Mahahual. With a combination of private and local transportation, it is very easy to get around. We stayed for 3 nights in one of the direct laguna view cabañas and enjoyed tremendously everything: from the hosts, Bernie and Sam who were very welcoming and helpful, to the amazing views and setting, the confort of the rooms to the very nice and healthy food available throughout the day. We liked the place so much that we ended up staying there throughout our stay, just enjoying the beauty of the place. A true slow living experience!

Chetumal International Airport is 41 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Pucte is an amazing chill and beautiful place. There are only three cabins looking at the lagoon. It is very calm and quiet, we spent ours swimming with our kids and just looking at the birds. The cabin is spacious and nice, beds are comfy. We loved the design. There is a coffee machine and a refrigerator which was super helpful since there is no restaurant. But you can get good food in the guest house next door. Bear in mind it is about a 10 min drive to the town which we did about twice a day, for food, groceries or attractions. The staff was super nice. We would definitely come again!

This chalet is allergy-free and non-smoking. The house is very comfortable and it has lots of amenities to make your stay very cozy. It was easy to get to and from there you can walk to different places in Bacalar. Also, the communication with the host was very good so no issues to check in or out.

We can say that this accommodation was our best after our trip to Mexico. All three houses and the surroundings were beautiful, built in Jungle style, but at the 5* level. Everything was precisely built and everything was functional (no defects). We also appreciate the outdoor kitchen, clean pool and bath under the stars. The entire resort is in the jungle about 500 meters from the main road. The access road is worse, but you can drive slowly by car. It is also 500 meters to the village. You can buy absolutely everything in the village and at great prices. There are also great restaurants. We have to thank Bree for the very good breakfasts and for everything she did for us. This accommodation left a strong beautiful memory in us. Definitely recommend

Cute set up in room. You get your own fridge and coffee maker. It’s truly perfect and super affordable. We felt so safe! Andrea was so helpful and answered my million questions. Truly one of my favorite places now! Tip tier! This was my first air bnb experience and I am so happy!

A patio with garden views is offered in each unit. This is an amazing find, it’s so peaceful and tranquil and a beautiful location. The cabanas are simple but comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and she made pancakes for the children even though they weren’t on the menu! They were very attentive and so relaxed. Thank you for welcome us.

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. We stayed in the glamping tents. Very clean and comfortable. Right on the beach . The staff was amazing especially Alberto. Would highly recommend this place.
