Each of the stone-and-thatch rooms at Canyon Village are air-conditioned and have beds draped with mosquito nets. They have an en suite bathroom with a shower. Wonderful unique setting. Very peaceful. Immaculate facility.

The bartender prepares the best drinks and the views are spectacular.

Rooms at Alte Kalkoefen come with a fan and floor-to-ceiling windows, with an extra outside shower. Each has a private bathroom with a free-standing tub. Light linens and wooden furniture are part of the décor. Beautiful surrounding, small stoep T the room with view over the veld and waterhole (springbok and ostrich). Lovely restaurant, nice food. We only stayed one night but would like to come back for a few more nights. Pool looked beautiful. The rooms were lovely decorated with wonderful inventive details. The display of all the Lithops of Namibia is definitely worth to visit!

A continental breakfast is available at the lodge. Great stay in the middle of nowhere, with super friendly and knowledgeable managers. Great service as well, and really everything included. We enjoyed the flexibility on activities offered and loved the canoeing on the Orange River.

Kalahari Game Lodge is located on the C15, just 20km from the Mata Mata Border post between Namibia and South Africa. The lodge offers an outdoor pool and on site restaurant.

Very interesting historical place (old railway station converted to hotel). Nice location- not too far from quiver tree forest. Good for sleepover before continuing to Luderitz or Fish river canyon. There is a fireplace in the dining area, so it was nice and warm. Very nice dinner and breakfest.
