The uniqueness of the property. A little out of town gave that peaceful rural tranquility. Our cabin was beautifully appointed and super comfortable, everything we needed was at hand and catered for. This place is perfect in so many ways. Host meeting you on arrival - staff appear whether you wander out of your room and ask if they can assist. Amazing service. Every member of the team was perfectly polite, engaging, and responsive. They will organise anything that you want - trips across the surrounding area. One couple had a helicopter trip and it literally landed on the lawn of the place. That is defeintly the way to end a long day! Location - stunning is the word you will probably read most about this place. And it actually is. Room - we had the room with the terrace - I would book this again - as you walk straight out from your room into a courtyard which is in the shade and sun in the afternoon. This is an all-inclusive accommodation - it has to be as it is a trek from the local towns. The food was extremely good. It was never too much or too little the chief has got the balance right. At the end of the trip I left items in the room (very annoyed with myself) the owner looked after them and made sure we got them back. Everything was amazing

It was very convenient, near the lake and also a short walk (less than 5mins) to the town centre. Property was very clean with a lovely heating lamp in the bathroom. Parking was onsite just outside the apartment, so that was a plus.

We absolutely loved our stay. Friendly staff went out of their way to welcome us. The tea, coffee, cookies, wine/ beer in the guest lounge were very welcome. The breakfast was amazing. The quirky, funny touches added to the experience. Something at every turn.
