Our room had a gorgeous view with its windows overlooking next doors farm animals. It was super comfortable and I loved the window seat in this unit that I could lay on , relax and read from. The gardens are also glorious and colourful with a little stream Ali v the bottom. We spent 2 nights and were very lucky to have had the whole place to ourselves on our last day/night which felt more special like it was our own 😊 We felt so relaxed and privileged to be alone in the hot tub in the late afternoon. It was quite cool when we visited ( Oct/Nov) and would be even more lovely in warmer weather. Thank you to the hosts for accomodating our needs too ☺️

Great stay, very clean, good space for our family. Teens enjoyed the pool. Thanks for being an awesome host. Definitely recommend will be back to stay on our next visit.

Centrally located in a quiet street, BK’s Rotorua Motor Lodge offers modern accommodation with free unlimited WiFi and free parking. Most rooms feature a 2-person spa bath. It was a very decent property. We loved our stay. Amazing staff. Very welcoming. Will certainly recommend and revisit the place whenever I am in Rotorua.
