The apartment, the pool, the hosts and the location were all exceptional. Our whole experience at Villas Geres could not have been better. We have stayed at a lot of booking.com sites and Susanna and Thomas were probably the best hosts we have encountered. Their property reflected their high standards, friendliness & attention to detail. Could not recommend the place more highly.

Great location, recently renewed, and very friendly hosts. There's a good river beach 10min walking, and the swimming pool is pleasantly warm during summer. If you are on a workation, the included wifi works great.

Very nice chalet located in a calm area, where guests can enjoy nature and beautiful views. The chalet is equipped with everything needed for cooking. There is good internet and a TV. All rooms have air conditioning in case the temperature gets really high. We were lucky — it wasn’t too hot, and simply opening the windows was enough to keep a comfortable temperature. There is a barbecue zone. The owner responded quickly to any questions that came up during our stay. The beach is just 6 minutes away by car, so the family can enjoy swimming or relaxing on a SUP. A small town, Montalegre, is 13 minutes away by car and offers some cafes and restaurants. There are also some small local restaurants near the chalet. Porto and Braga are about 1.5 hours away by car — both are very interesting cities and worth a visit. If you're looking for a calm vacation, this place is for you.

The entire property is marvellous. One heated indoor swimming pool, one outdoor swimming pool, hot jacuzzis, a gym and everything nice and new and super clean. All built by the super-fiendly hosts, at a walking distance from the centre and with more facilities to come. The very friendly dog and nice cat complement the stay, together with helpful tips of where to eat and what to see in the area. The accomodation is very nicely decorated and evertyhing is very functional and equiped for a sort or long stay, in a calm and quiet environment. We couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

Stunning views from the treehouse. Very helpful owners. The treehouse was very comfortable, especially the bed. Super walks up in the hills, behind the treehouse. Lovely swimming area. We enjoyed the breakfast hamper too.
