Location, staff, easy access to a computer and printer, free shuttle service, cooked breakfast.

Quiet central location close to many malls and eating places and various shopping places. It was good for the price paid. The shuttle service was not free but it was always available and prompt. The driver was very friendly.

I found the check -in staff very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient.

Everything was perfect and we love staying at this Hotel. It is so easy with the Shuttle from the airport

Having the shuttle picks us up form the airport was so convenient. Our Room was nice and big, the bed was super comfy and the breakfast buffet has a great selection. The Dinner and snacks we had at Kiki's restaurant were really nice and so were the staff.

loved the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, as well as the shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port. Very convenient.
