The place is so beautiful and in the middle of the rice fields. It’s a bit outside the town, but super easily reachable to motorbike in just a few mins (rental on site). The breakfast every day is delicious and the family dinners in the evening are every day different and always super tasty. (Also they made us some soup when we first arrived a bit late in the evening) They supported with booking a tour to go to the caves and were always ready to help with anything. Highly recommended if you are in Phong Nha!! :)
