Not once being irritated with my changes but always being so understanding and accomodating our every need. The rooms are beautiful with attention to even the smallest little detail. We were so impressed ! My husband keeps telling everyone just how impressed he is :) We also had breakfast served in our room and it was absolutley fantastic. We ordered on both mornings that we were there. Kudos to everyone here at Gracias de Dios - you have created a beautiful gem.

Exceptional services from OuKlip. Facilities were clean, well maintained and private. The staff at Ouklip were friendly and informative. You can book other services through them, such as game drives and walks.

The chalet offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the venue was clean and beautiful and the chalets were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was the best as it had an outside shower which was wonderful.
