The newly renovated rooms of the Africa Lodge feature thatched roofs and an African-style décor.
What a wonderful place to stay! Nicely decorated and clean room. Perfect breakfast. Owners and staff are lovely people.

Location , security and the heater in the room plus dstv was my favorite ! Especially for winter! Loved the lights at night time around the pool and the lapa effect, blankets, fireplace and and and ! Staff was amazingly nice , felt like home with them there to help.

The staff are very loyal and friendly. The private transfer/shuttle to the airport was lovely and great, especially at a very early time in the morning. They were very kind as to liaise with the kitchen to prepare continental take away breakfasts for us to have on the road/flight. Amazing!

The hosts, Tino and Anja, made me feel at home from arrival to departure. The breakfast was superb and Anja's jam and preserves so delicious. Surely they will see me again. The fireplace at the dining area made the chill of the morning vanish, as Tino set it up so that we could dine in a lovely cozy atmosphere. Thank you Tino and Anja.

What a beautiful property overlooking the whole of Somerset West, the views were just breathtaking. My room was lovely and cosy with an added bonus of a fireplace. The staff and host were so helpful and friendly, dinner was amazing set in a lovely cabin feel dinning area. I had a early check out and the staff/host were so accommodating with breakfast before I left. Just wished I had the time to go on some of the walks available on the beautiful secure estate.
