Even more exceptional were the animals walking right through the property, the ease of booking a safari tour through the lodge, and proximity to Kruger.

The tents are super nice and clean provided with mosquito nets and air conditioning. Private bathroom as part of the tent. The staff is very friendly and you can easily connect with other people during game drive or at the camp fire. Game drives were fantastic! We have seen all the big 5 and our guides Karabo and Floyd are very knowledgeable. We also really enjoyed the food. The star is the braai (bbq) which offers options for meat lovers and vegetarians. I was surprised how good the oxtail was. The starter soups are also amazing. Vegetarian options were also available on request. Potential allergies were requested beforehand. For breakfast my favourite was the omelette, but other options are provided as well. Besides all of this you can enjoy the pool surrounded by birds between your game drives and in the night time, the sounds of the bush (yes we heard hyenas while falling asleep, but no need to worry, all is safe as a fence separates you from the wild animals!). He made such an effort to find animals and listening to his stories and bush knowledge was a treat. Being an all inclusive, everything is taken care of for you (including two game drives each day) and the schedule is the same each day which is nice. All meals were excellent, and the pool is a great spot to enjoy a beer, cool off, and watch animals come and go. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help and take care of you. We stayed in one of the tents, and would highly recommend!
