The accommodation features a spa bath and a hot tub. The chalet has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Absolutely loved this magical place. Nice and quiet getaway, falling asleep with only the sound of the river. So much attention for details by the sweetest couple who run the place. Amazing view. Nice walk at the property along. the town close by felt very safe. We used this spot to travel to Drakensberg park, so after a day of hiking this was the perfect place to relax. One of our favorite spots in South Africa!

There is no restaurant onsite. All units are fitted with a microwave, kettle, toaster, and small fridge as well as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and biscuits for your enjoyment. The Luxury Suites have fully fitted kitchens and scullery area (dishwasher and washing machine). Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (only the Luxury Suites and Superior Rooms have a bath and shower). All rooms have a limited DSTV selection (including Sports channels). There is a seating and dining area in the Luxury Suites only. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, in a perfect location with the best views. There is a wide variety of places to visit around the area and beautiful animals all around. The staff ensured I had a seamless experience and the breakfast is divine. This was definitely value for money and it exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back again

Located in Nottingham Road, Gowrie Farm Golf Lodge overlooks a golf course and offers panoramic views of the dam and lush surroundings. It features a sun terrace and a bar.

The modern units are decorated in bright colours and come equipped with a satellite TV, tea-and-coffee-making facilities and an en-suite bathroom. Each unit includes heating and a fan. Peaceful surroundings, lovely setting and such a beautiful, comfortable room, in a lovely homely building. The breakfast was delicious and sitting out in the sun on the long verandha while having breakfast was a bonus. Staff were so friendly and helpful, fun as well. Although we are not golfers we felt very welcome.

Featuring garden views, River Bend Farm in Lidgetton features accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. To enjoy the facility and the surroundings , you would be advised to be driving since getting taxis or ubers is not an option. Other than that, it is an amazing facility with very lovely hosts.

The property is around 16 km from Umgeni Valley Nature Reserve, 17 km from Howick Museum and 17 km from Howick Falls. Outdoor seating is also available at the apartment. Comfortable and great location. The host communicated well and was very accommodating when we had a special request.

This campground offers free private parking and full-day security. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the campground's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. The tranquility was out of this world. Best midweek break

A barbecue is available for guests to use at the lodge. Host CJ is friendly and gladly shares his vast knowledge of his property's fascinating history. The view of Sounds in Silence is gorgeous and the aura peaceful. The bedroom we stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The private bathroom is spacious and spotless. My daughter and I loved our short stay, as did our spaniel.
