Our second stay here at this fabulous Castillo and it won’t be our last (hopefully!). A truly magnificent and atmospheric castle, loaded with history, but also modern day comforts like great heating, hot water and wifi. We splashed out on the Presidential Suite this time and it was definitely worth it. Great views out of the windows, very good shower and a comfortable bed. We were driving from Bilbao to Tarifa and it made the perfect half way stop over. No suppers provided but a grand old kitchen you are welcome to use to cook up your own food. Plus help yourself to breakfast in the morning. Easy, safe parking for our large van. We loved it - 10/10 Thank you

It had a great community feel, a hostel/ ground floor apartment, a shop, a cause bar, both open lo g hours. The town itself had a central bar that was also great with a community feel.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful when messaging and meeting us at the house. The house is located in a lovely quiet village with easy parking, supermarket and a bar for breakfast close by. It was spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need is provided. We'd love to come back and stay again.

It was the most beautiful holiday apartment that I ever was in. Everything is prepared so carefully, thoughtfully, and caring, with a unique charm and style. It suits very well to the historical surroundings. Everything was spotlessly clean and arranged practically. It's also right on the Camino (Via de la Plata) and opposite the Santiago church. For me, the price was good value. I just loved everything about this place.
