Spotlessly clean, well-appointed apartment in a great location. We appreciated the welcome pack of bread, butters, eggs, milk, and tea cakes. How lovely to arrive to that. Fresh flowers on the table too. Washing machine was very handy. We walked into town several times. A nice quiet neighbourhood and the apartment overlooks a green space sporting field. Best apartment we stayed in during our 4 week trip through Scotland. Highly recommended!

This place is the best value accommodation in Shetland. I have no idea why the previous reviews are so poor. We are locals who had to have a stay over for a medical appointment, and the cabin is exactly what it looks like in the photos. There is no bedding- a fact that is made clear on the booking.com website and in the email we received from the park directly. A previous poster criticised there being no kettle. There is a kettle, located in the kitchenette area. There is no accommodation for 5 people available on Shetland at this price, so what you see is what you get. If you are after something 4 *, go and stay in the Lerwick Hotel for £300+ a night.

Everything! This is an outstanding place to stay. Warm ,clean and stylish. A great deal of thought has gone into making this a superb place to stay. The laundry pod was a godsend- two tumble dryers, washing machine and somewhere to hang washing inside. We loved it! St Ninians Isle with tómbolo and sauna were very close and such a treat! Really great swimming beach.

Braelea was exactly what I was looking for. It felt quite isolated but still accessible to the local towns and easy to get to from Sumburgh Airport. The home was extremely clean and comfortable and the owner was so helpful and friendly.

Great central location - so close to the main village centre, Tesco, exits from town to the west, north, south of the island plus to local walks too. Super friendly host and staff- Eva was very helpful. The breakfast was perfect- all you needed to start every day. Parking- not a problem - and free. Warm- great heating system. Nothing to fault, I would stay here again. Highly recommend!
