The accomodation was really beautiful and in a quiet place but really close to where we needed to be. It had all the little luxuries of a home from home, dishwasher, washing machine, toiletries, coffee machine, patios with barbecue facilities, wifi and very spacious. The host was very generous and left bread, butter, fresh eggs and tea and coffee for us on arrival. They even baked a delicious apple cake for us. Definitely recommend and will return.

Lovely apartment everything brand new, nicely situated on the bank of the canal well kitted out and Paul was a great host. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Karl's welcome was pleasant, warm and very accommodating. The setting is simply superb, clean, and well-maintained. The room met our expectations, the bed very comfortable. We really appreciated it.

Room was beautiful, as were public areas of the property. Setting, being so close to the town, was perfect. The whole property was superbly appointed, and clean (spotless!) throughout. Would highly recommend this property as being exceptional in terms of value and quality.

Mary is a lovely host! She offered immidiate help, when we told her that we were driving to the Tullamore destillary for a tasting. She said we shouldn't drive ourselves! How right she was! So she was so very nice to drive us there and even picked us up there! Wonderful! Thank you so much, Mary! Conversation with her was also lovely! We hope to visit her again sometime :) Her home is very lovely and decorated with love for details!

This is a beautiful wee cabin over a pond just outside Portarlington. Gorgeous setting. Had everything we needed for a few days exploring County Laois. Great communication with the host, chocolates and wine on arrival. Perfectly appointed studio with adjoining bathroom / shower. Comfortable sofa bed, warm and cosy. Just a magical spot with birds outside the window in the morning.
