Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.

During our this year's motorcycle tour through the Pyrrenees, our group of six spontaneously decided to spend the night in Andorra. At our age [LOL], we keep paying a lot more attention to comfort and coziness rather than to price - although this was simply just a great offer we could just not reject. After booking through booking.com, everything else was just a piece of cake: Being contacted by the receptionist regarding our time of arrival for the most convenient check in, the reception itself along with a refreshing cool drink, the personal escort to the underground parking garage, the room allocation, the bar (you know, that mandatory arrival drink), the "room" (in my case a suite) anyways and not at least the breakfast. Even the director, being right on the go for a short get away, showed up for some nice meet 'n greet. All in all, those 10 real rock-solid points is the least we can award. Many thanks once again to the entire team for a really pleasant and remarkable stay!

Loved this hotel - from a warm welcome to delicious meals in the restaurant and breakfast as we requested. Peaceful location with spectacular views and nearby lake. Staff were particularly helpful and concerned when we had a mishap and needed a few extras out of normal hours - room was spacious and modern bathroom.

We were simply stopping for the night on our journey from Costa Brava to San Sebastian, so we didn't have any expectations. WOW! We must return and explore this area, plus more of Andorra. Gorgeous setting and interesting architecture and city layout.

The owners are lovely people who made us very welcome. The Hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The room has everything you could possibly need and the bed is very comfortable. The windows are so clean, the view is in the room with you. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower and separate toilet with thoughtful products. The restaurant offers very good food that is grilled over an open fire. The whole place is beautiful. I highly recommend this Hotel and Restaurant.

Amazing hotel in beautiful tranquil location. Hosts fantastic, as were the room (spacious and clean with fabulous views), wonderful plentiful meals. Our stay here was the best ending to our holiday on our journey back to the UK. We'll be back.
