The service level is otherworldly. The lady at reception has catering and service in her blood, and that is shared by the rest of the team. They organized for me to be able to take a shower and change before going to the airport after a hot and sunny day, even though I had checked out hours ago! The breakfast is very good. Just the right balance between typical continental food and more local (mouhallabieh is worth a try!)

We were particularly delighted to find that the hotel had updated the room's decor by replacing the dark carpet with a beautiful blue one – a refreshing touch! This time, we were pleasantly surprised with a special gift – pajamas, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to our stay, making us feel like VIP guests. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. M. Saber, the duty manager, and Mr. Rauf for their exceptional cooperation and attentiveness. We truly appreciate their efforts in making our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return in May.
