Our guide Mr. Zaitooni was very friendly and helpful. He was like part of our group. He helped make my son's 18th birthday special by arranging an announcement, song and a special cake. Good BBQ dinner and breakfast. The special request for a vegan diet was also considered. Location is conveniently located about 30-40 mins from our location. Very well organized. No rush or push. Systematically planned and clean. A complete experience of the Emirati culture, food and desert experience. The star gazing, camel ride in the morning and the sunrise view are all an amazing experience. Will definitely visit again.

The staff were great. Mohammed, Umar and Madonna were always helpful and always had smiles and they were always there. Valet parking came in handy everytime the parking was full. The room was huge and really cool. I had everything i needed. A big shopping mall, helpful staff available 24/7, nice big room and they made sure i always had lots of complementary water bottles in the room fridge. My stay was definitely better and nicer than i expected. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks straight and i clearly choose those right hotel. I never doubted choosing the wrong hotel to stay in.

Fantastic hotel! It is brand new with plenty of space for guests, so you never feel as though it is overcrowded (but I believe during my stay it was high occupancy. It is located further out from the city, which allows you to easily travel from one side to the next (suited my trip where I heavily travelled). The staff were wonderful, especially OM Prakash (awesome at organising everything for me!) & Iftikhar (great room service and attitude to life!). I can't speak highly enough of this place. Thank you!!

The hotel is located on the Road E44 in Dubai, 15 minutes' drive from Dubai International Airport and a stone's throw away from International City and Dragon Mart Shopping Mall.
