Everything is excellent. The breakfast is fantastic, especially the home made fruit and nut bread. We came late due to flight change. The hotel stuff offered great help to make the late check in smoothly.

Absolutely everything was great. The host and staff were courteous, kind and attentive, they really couldn't do enough for you. Communication, check-in and check-out quick and straight forward. The rooms were large, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Communal areas were light, airy and clean. The bar/lounging area was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Parking directly outside the hotel. Within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and shops. We would definitely book this hotel without any hesitation when we revisit Tirana. Will recommend to others.

The hotel is super clean .. near a big mall. There are plenty of free parking . The breakfast was delicious and better than every where in Albania . The check in was quick and easy . They made a surprise for us since we are celebrating our anniversary and put some nice cakes heart shape . The place is clean and has nice smell . Special gratitude and thanks to the wonderful Xhulia who arranged our stay to be un forgettable and memorable stay .. She is really a very welcoming , charming and helpful lady . Thank you for every thing . We came back to you again and we will recommend you to every one

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff especially the reception. The reception staff speaks very good English and is helpful. The breakfast has a big variety and the restaurant is also wonderful. They have their own private parking underground with the lift directly to the floor with rooms.
