The location, just a few minutes from Skanderbeg Square was excellent. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety the 5th floor breakfast room had very good views. We had requested a shuttle from the airport and that went very smooth with the driver meeting us just as we came out of arrivals. And the shuttle was complimentary. While driving in, the driver, Kevin, I believe, gave us useful information about Tirana. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was superb ,very close to the center and in a nice peacefull neighborhood . It was important for us that our car was safe and the fact they had a secure parking with a man on duty 24hrs was excellent. The staff were very friendly and polite , the room amenities were great and beds comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful from the moment I arrived, making check-in a breeze. I was especially impressed by how smoothly everything went. The hotel is around 15 minutes walking distance away from the main atractions in Tirana. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was really helpfull and kind. The breakfast is perfect and the spa is really relaxing. One of the best facilities we've ever had chance to stay in. We will never look for another hotel if we ever go back to Tirana!

An amazing accommodation which I cannot recommend enough! After the hustle of driving through Tirana, it was very pleasant to be welcomed in by the host who guided us on where to park our rental car. They also moved our car for us so it would be in a great spot to help us get to the airport early in the morning too. The room was super inviting and comfortable, with a great bed and huge shower. It was quiet despite being in the middle of Tirana, and everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. We opted to pay at the property, and this was done professionally and efficiently by the host. Definitely an excellent place to stay if you're visiting Albania's capital!
