This villa is a true gem. The house is cozy, filled with natural light, and tastefully furnished. Luxury was like an oasis in the Sevan city. Our room had a lot of space with a modern design, a double bed, and air conditioning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast and the lovely garden. The owners organised a day tour that was great, taking us to the national park, a monastery, a church, and the centre of Delijan. The owners were very kind and helpful, making our experience truly memorable.

Walking distance to Lake Sevan (5 minutes) and the city (15-20 minutes). Lovely staff who are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were also nice. Spacious room with view of the lake and the property has a little petting zoo with the animals running free on as well. It’s quiet even though it’s along the highway.
