I guess this is the best value accommodation in Yerevan. I booked by accident after the previous host changed the terms at the last minute and I'm very happy with it. The apartment is literally meters away from the noisy life of Yerevan, the metro and Russia Mall, but it is in a quiet, peaceful and really charming street. There is a small cozy courtyard, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short stay - a bedroom, a TV, a dining table, a miniature kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. The only difficulty was to adjust the hot water - it was just boiling, just ice cold. For the next guests, I will share what I discovered only on the last day - if you increase the water to the maximum, the temperature stabilizes. Everything else was perfect! Thanks to the hospitable hosts!

The owner's hospitality and charm are second to none. Even though we had some issues in the beginning, the owner was so welcoming and helpful that they overcompensated anything that had to be rectified which it was!

Great service by Bagrat. He was attentive and kind during our whole stay and gave us tips when we asked. The breakfast was exceptional! Every day something new and we could choose a time between 8 and 11am which was perfect! The hotel is located on a noisy street but super close to all the important Yerevan tourist spots and always with a great parking spot in front of the hotel which is under CCTV.
