The place is awesome, very peaceful and quiet. The snow made it more beautiful for the winter season. The room with the bathroom was clean, warm, and very comfortable. They have a dining area with a kitchen, where I stay most of the time because of the ambiance and mountain view, perfect for my reading and relaxing, especially while having my breakfast. The location is easy to find; from Yerevan, I took a YandexGo taxi (you can download the app), which had a very reasonable fare (a minibus is also available, “Marshutka,” the owner will guide you how). As a solo traveler, I really felt at home and safe because the whole family was so supportive, and they are available to help any time. I will never forget my breakfast; it was very delicious, and I enjoyed it a lot. I arrive at night (almost 6 hours of land travel from Georgia), and they prepare a tasty dinner for me. The family was so kind that they were really so welcoming. My personal retreat and prayer encounter was truly great, for God blessed me with a wonderful experience in the BJNI Family Guest House with a very beautiful mountain view. On the opposite side of the BJNI Guest House is a typical river that is an excellent place for a short walk and to take in the local scenery.

We spent two days here, and as it turned out later, the hottest days of 2025. The rooms were cozy, clean, and equipped with a comfortable mattress and a refrigerator. The beautiful yard and well-designed bar created a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and there’s a large free car park on-site, which was very convenient. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the location is great – just a 5-minute drive from the city center. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The property is a small villa converted to hotel. The hotel service, cleanliness and ambiance was very good. The ladies Miss Alla and Miss Anni at the reception were very helpful and proactive in helping and guiding. Big thanks to them. Has chance to meet the property owner who was also very nice gentleman. I loved the homey feel and the warm welcome of the owners. They made us feel comfortable althroughout our stay. The backyard of the property is extremely beautiful especially with snow covering the yard. There is a river and swings where children can play. The owners are really kind to assist our every need. They also made an amazing breakfast for us. It's a good value for money especially for families. There is a restaurant nearby and the hotel is near the ropeway. In this hotel I've tasted the best yogurt I've ever had in my entire life.

Exceeded our expectations: luxurious hotel for a very reasonable price. There is a ski trail directly from the hotel to ropelines, but it is only for experienced people (the trail is actually of black, not blue type). We really enjoyed swimming pool, saunas and live music in the evenings. The only minor drawback is that the meat and the fish we ordered in the restaurant were overcooked.
