Edgar (the host) was very kind and helpful. He met us and presented the room itself. His wife welcomed us in the morning and provided us with an exceptionally tasty breakfast. Everything was great, overall, and me and my partner left the hotel satisfied.

Brand new, comfortable and clean hotel close to the centre of Kapan. The rooms are big, well equipped and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many amenities included in the price. The breakfast was outstanding with a selection of classical staples as well as local specialities. We had an amazing stay and would recommend the place to anyone looking for great value for money in Kapan.

Wonderful mountain / garden view from my window. Delicious breakfast with various salads. Extra treats during the day, cake/ tea/ flatbread with herbs. Everything homemade and so good! Very sweet older couple!
