This place is absolutely unique in Armenia: a modern, bright and comfortable house built alone in the mountains, well equipped with all necessary for comfortable weekend. Warm, cozy, with a perfect countryside view through full-height windows. Needless to say, wifi was good, bathrooms was clean. Many thanks to the host!

The owner was super helpful and friendly though it was hard for us to communicate, he didn’t speak English well and I can’t speak Armenian nor Russian, but he still tried his best to make me feel comfortable.

The host is wonderful! What a sweet lady. The location is perfect. If you have (younger) children with you, this is the place! Great outdoor space and options to sit outside when it rains. The breakfast was really good and for diner we had multiple good options to choose from. Great rooms showers and comfy beds. At our stay we had really bad wheater but still a great stay! Extra +There is a (really) small shop nearby. It has some beers soda and vodka, cigarettes fruit en vegs and some basic household stuff +A few tracking routes start nearby the hotel. +Great rural place ++And again, the owner, she made the stay so good!

The hotel was amazing, we spend two days in very relax mood, it was like haven place, the staff was very helpful specially, Mr., Newark really he is very nice guy every time asking us if we need any help. The hotel was provide a lot of interesting activities like valley ball playing area, fire barbecue area, dancing area and swimming area. Really I am planning to come back soon to the same hotel in coming days and I am recommend the same hotel to my friends and other relatives. Quite, tranquille place settled in the mountains. Very nice for a family rest. The owner brought us all kinds of toys for the kids (and there is also a sand box). Too bad the speaking languages of the object are only armenian and russian. Only one speaking english was owners granddaughter who was at the property, an extremely polite and nice girl.

We visited after the high season had ended, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful, and our room with a large balcony was the perfect place to read and watch sunsets. We enjoyed a few blissful, slower-paced days - much needed after all the hikes! The staff really make this place special - the ladies working in the kitchen were truly outstanding, and the home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. Wonderful hospitality! Thank you!
