Originally we planed to be there for 4 nights but we stayed longer. Family atmosphere and beautiful garden with 3 lovely dogs! The owner family and unique manager Gonza took care of us. Homemade breakfast, professional cleaning service and private swimming pool. You can count on them in everything from helping with the bikesl to best recommendations in the town in case of food, shopping, trips.. Feels like home! They didn't leave us with any problem. Splendid view from the bathroom. Perfect base for bike wine tours! After bike trip you can relax and just enjoy the garden and the swimming pool.

Posada Mawida made our stay in Mendoza really special. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully laid out. I was particularly booking accom that was unique and differed from a typical “hotel,” and this ticked the box perfectly. There’s so many dogs, chickens, ducks and geese that live here also, so that was very cute. They have a wine cellar so definitely recommend buying a bottle to enjoy by the pool. The staff are lovely and will help with recommendations for activities and winery visits, but if you’re tired or don’t have anything booked the property itself is a great place to relax and really feel like you’re on holidays! Noticed other reviews mentioning lack of ubers or taxis - wasn’t an issue (we easily ordered ubers, you might have to wait around 10 minutes or reserve ahead of time) and if you set the pick up/ drop off to “Posada Mawida lounge” they will drive directly to the entrance.

Overall great experience on all fronts. Location is great, as it a central location to visit the bodegas. The domain and the room were beautiful and quiet. You can have dinner there, they have a great cook on site (claudia). Solid breakfast, custom eggs, variety of fruit, bread, cereal, croissants, cheese, sliced meat...The biggest strenght of this BnB is the people. they have very dedicated staff (Maurio, Agustin...) that will bend over backward to help you prepare activities, taxis, how to navigate the blue dollar economy....Best customer service I've ever had!

Really happy with my choice to stay at this hotel. Everything about it was fantastic. Beautifully appointed hotel with great timber features, a wonderful fire place, cellar downstairs and restaurant on site. The staff were very helpful in all matters including helping us book horse riding and also with suggestions for wineries to visit. Breakfast was the best I've had in Argentina and Chile and dinner was delicious. Wifi worked well throughout the hotel. It's easy walking distance to the main part of town with restaurants, lots of cafes, money exchange, craft shops, supermarket. Very pleasant to wander around the town and enjoy the ambience. On Sunday morning there is a craft market in the town square. It's about a 15 minute taxi ride from Mendoza CBD in the cutest little village. Totally recommend staying here.

An unforgettable experience. Three Germans, deeply in love with wine, restored the historic María Luisa house from 1920 and brought it back to life. The vineyard—over 100 years old—is a rare treasure in Mendoza and gives the entire place a unique and authentic charm. Marcela, the manager, is wonderful: always attentive, warm, and ready to help with every detail. The property feels premium in every sense. With only five rooms, it’s peaceful, intimate, and perfect for couples seeking a quiet and refined escape. From the room, the view over the century-old vineyard with the snow-capped Andes in the background is simply breathtaking—the true highlight of the stay. The chef prepares incredible traditional Mendocinian dishes, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Enjoying that food while looking out at the Andes is an experience in itself. I would return without hesitation.

This hotel is wonderful. It is clean, spacious and in an idyllic setting but what makes it so good is the staff. Everyone was cheerful and wanted to go out of their way to help. It is rare to find such pleasant people in a hotel.
