Great rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights, could leave some stuff in the hotel and came back after a few days after our hiking trip. The sauna is a real nice luxury bonus (especially after the hike)

We stayed here for 5 nights for the purpose of climbing in Innsbruck. First of all, the staff was excellent and replied quickly and courteously to our questions before we arrived. All of the room facilities were new, and the kitchen was well equipped with the minimum necessary utensils, which came in handy for both breakfast and dinner. There is a large supermarket nearby for shopping. It was nice to have a Nespresso coffee maker attached so we could always fill up capsules in the lounge downstairs. The room was cleaned daily and it made us comfortable. The location is a 20 minute walk from the center, and you can also use the streetcar. We did most of our sightseeing on foot. There is a streetcar nearby that runs through the central station. They even provide a welcome card. It’s an essential and awesome!! We appreciated the hospitality of the staff who were always ready to assist us. We had a wonderful Innsbruck memory. Thank you soooo much!

The accommodation was excellent. The rooms are beautifully designed and clean, the staff very helpful, and the hotel is located in a great area—close to the city center and public transport stops. We had a beautiful view from the window, and we really appreciated the welcome drink. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Everything was perfect. At brealfast, we could choose from so many options that we had to have a second helping to taste everything we wanted. :) Options included homemade pastries, crunchy bakery products and many more. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was impeccable, too. The receptionist was helpful and kind; she recommended places worth visiting in the small town.

The staffs are so friendly and willing to offer any advice for tourists, the hotel has an app that for clients can directly contact the staffs, when we were just asking them if they can send us the menu picture for dinner, they just showed up in our door with the menu right away! All the instructions are very clear and English friendly, the hotel itself was definitely decent, the spa area was great, the breakfast was amazing. The location was also great, can easily arrive all the famous attractions. If I ever come back to Innsbruck, I’ll definitely want to book it here again!

    The room was spacious with an enormous bathroom and separate toilet- wow. It was very comfortable and clean. It had several opening windows which meant we were able to keep cool at night. The receptionist on checking out was lovely- really helpful and chatty. The hotel was very near to Hall in Tirol which is lovely - so very easy to drive into.

    Excellent choice for escape to Innsbuck! Very convenient location in the heart of the mountains in Absam - just a few minutes of driving to Innsbruck. Very large warm apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room and dining room. Easy parking just in front of the apartment front door, super easy and fast communication with the host.
