Had an amazing weekend stay - the mountain view was stunning and the facilities were spotless. Loved the gym and sauna, everything was really well maintained. The breakfast had a great variety and the à la carte dinner was even better. What stood out most was the staff (both at the restaurant and the reception) - super kind, helpful, and attentive. I came to Bad Gastein alone, to snowboard for a week, so my key needs were- Location(Close to ski lift, close to public transport), price(No one to split the bill with) and my needs were met completely. This place is Right next to both train station and buss stations, RIGHT NEXT to them, but very quiet and the Stubnerkogel ski lift is right across the street. My room was cleaned every day, i was met at breakfast with a smile every morning, it was super warm, the bed was large and comfortable, modern TV with netflix, parking space right at the door(If you go by car), the room was spacious for one person and quite enough for 2. The hostess was very kind and ready to help with anything. Flexible check-in/check-out.(For late arrivals, early breakfast). Highly recommend for 1-2 people going on a ski trip.

We had a fabulous time at this wonderful resort where the staff were friendly and helpful offering a warm welcome complete with glass of Prosecco. Our room was large, airy and with a great balcony overlooking the mountains. The environment is stunning and there’s a wonderful walk up to Bad Gastein alongside the waterfall. We loved the pool and sauna area - perfect chill out zone. The property has a great bar where cake is offered in the afternoon. The food was generous and outstanding and we can’t wait to come for another stay.

This was a very good experience for us (2 nights stay, for the first time in Bad Gastein). The hotel has been newly renovated and we really liked the design: relatively minimalist and totally functional, while still elegant. It reminded me of the Skandinavian style, with Alpine flavours. Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly - we really enjoyed our stay, and even managed to watch from our balcony (facing a mountain and the football field) an entertaining football match of local teams. We would definitely come back. Thank you.

The panoramic view of Bad Gastein from our apartment was breath-taking. The private sauna and bath in the room were very therapeutic. The spa and treatments made a most rejuvenating New Year getaway. The hotel is in a picturesque valley just next to the waterfall. We were invited to celebrate the New Year countdown at the balcony with fellow guests, with complimentary bubblies, and unforgettable fresh snow. From welcome to good-bye, the staff created a wonderful oasis. Thank you for the fairytale-like vacation!

The appartment was quite big, clean and the kitchen had a lot of good equiptment. There is a ski-room in the basement, you can use modern elevator to get there. The hotel provided us (after a request) 1 extra parking space. The rooms, the parking lot, the apartment area, the ski-room and the apartments were accessible only with key card, so everything was secured. Very good location for skiers. It was a pleasure to stay here.
