It is a freshly renovated apartment. Very cosy, fully furnitured and even more (common washing area in the pool), great new comfortable sleeping places with qualitative mattresses. Apartment is located close to all the needs (supermarkets, rail/lake station, free public beach etc.) The owner always keeps in touch and does his best to fix any issue. Well equipped and cosy apartment! It was even decorated for Christmas:) The owner left a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift, which was lovely, and it was easy to communicate with him before and during our stay;) Great location ( 7-8 mins from the main gondola for Gerlitzen Alpe ski resort), very calm area (Bodensorf village) close to major supermarkets and some very nice restaurants;)

    The town is great, with a lot of activities for kids, the only dowside is that the information regarding the opening hours are not updated on the internet, the knowladge of english in different shops/restaurants is quite poor and the information regarding the erlebnis card are not clear. The best place for kids is Familywald.

    It is a nice, quiet neighbourhood.

    It is a nice, quiet neighbourhood. It is easy to get around the village but the footpath leads directly along the railway line. The supermarkets are close and well stocked. Public lighting is weak and going out at night is not pleasant.

    Calm and remote little village with a few restaurants and two supermarkets. Great access to the lake and a few lake cafes. If you like quiet and individual travels, this is a place for you. Swimming, hiking, biking, boating etc. is all great here.

    If you want to visit the area (we bought the Kärtnen card and visited 10+ attractions nearby), this is the perfect location (boat pier at the hotel beach, train stop next to hotel, a very nice restaurant across the street, 15min drive from Villach, 35min from Klagenfurt, 15~45min drive from most of interesting attractions in Corinthia...). Room and facilities are rather small but very comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
