Fully recommended. Very nice family and filling home hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Every day high level cleaning service. Country stile but new modern technology construction design interior with much original wood etc. SPA area with different saunas, swimming pool, fresh towels, etc. Dry sauna has inside window with magnificent mountain view, undescribed beautiful relaxation zone with up to ceiling widows and balconies. The restaurant deserved a Michelin Star for sure! Beautiful and comfortable lunch and bar area with a nice and high-level interior stile. What to see and where to go? – never enough time to visit all the magnificent places, mountains, lakes, boats, historical train and parasailing lakes around. You would love to come back again.

Everything exceeded expectations on an exceptional scale. The location was stunning, the breakfast delightful, and the sun terrace a perfect spot to relax. This hotel was so much better than I was expecting and I was completely charmed by the staff and room. We just needed a place to stay overnight that was close to the train station as we were visiting a local festival in the morning and visiting the spa in town in the afternoon, but this hotel completely surpassed my expectations. The employees were really nice and helpful and the breakfast was exceptional. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was also very good and well-priced. The room had a large balcony with a beautiful view and was full of lovely wooden furniture. If we come to Fugen again, we'll definitely stay here.

This was our first holiday as a family of three with our 4 month old baby boy - it couldn't have been more perfect!! Booking rather last minute and I was only able to book half-board which I have never done before however we will be coming back and we will be booking half-board again. The breakfast and dinners are out of this world! The choices available are incredible! The room was wonderful, wonderful views of the mountains from both of our balconies. Just perfect! For anyone with small children who want to get out and experience the mountains still, this is the place for you, the paths up and down the valleys and even up the mountains to a few huts/peak pushchair accessible. The staff were all excellent, incredibly friendly and the owners are also wonderful, working alongside their team. This whole experience couldn't have been more perfect for our little Family, so many firsts for our Son and so many precious memories made! Thank you and we most definitely will be back! 🥺☺️🏞️🏖️
