This is really a top hotel. Modern rooms with safe inside, closets and perfect bathroom. They are really nicely sound proofed and they brag with that. We did not have breakfast, but the reception and the bar/resturant were well visited, so I assume people liked it there. It was a single night stay, so we could not fully enjoy the experience, but I would come back anytime for certain.

fantatsic alps style accomodation. fab breakfast, the pool, the views, the staff. all around fantastic place with great pool and breakfast terrace views. Safe moto parking, roof terace and sauna, the lot! Great place to depart in the moring to Grosslockner, north directon or to stay in if the opposite diretion. Staff specialy patient and professional. Will definitevly go back again, for a longer stay too.

A hidden gem in the Austrian Dolomites. The hotel's location is excellent- just beside the Tristachersee lake, a dream come true for every visitor. The rooms are in impeccable condition, and the food is on another level - I have to mention that the restaurant is in the Michelin guide. The staff is very friendly and helpful in every aspect you may need. My thanks to every member of the Kreuzer family who is running the place; they make you feel at home and provide every little detail for your comfort and convenience. This place made me feel like a member of a happy family - a valuable feature which, unfortunately, is forgotten these days in most tourist places all over the world. Parkhotel Tristachersee, please don't change and keep the warmth and your human touch forever. N.B. Special thanks to Milen, who was exceptionally good and professional with us.

A beautiful village just above Lienz, quiet and well-kept. Stunning views of the mountains and valley, and the intense scents of the countryside. Excellent food and an ideal base for a motorcycle tour of the Hohe Tauern and Grossglockner mountains.

We wanted to do a few days of hiking in late autumn and came...

We wanted to do a few days of hiking in late autumn and came across the Kieferhof while looking for accommodation. Hiking opportunities in the Schober, Sadnig, or Kreuzeck groups are practically on the doorstep, with (mostly) short travel times. The Lienz Dolomites and the Villgraten Mountains are also easily accessible.

We had a wonderful stay at Kieferhof Apartment in Iselsberg! The apartment is very spacious with a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Our host Inga was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the modern design, the fully equipped kitchen, the availability of a washing machine and dryer, and the garage that was kindly provided for charging our eBikes. A perfect place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to friends!

Barbara is so welcoming and such a delightful host. The hotel is clean, well set up, and has great views. Breakfast was delicious, and everything was fresh. We found it was a great location for us to start the Glosglockner Road from the next day. Highly recommend.
