Great choice to stay in Salzburg, if coming by car! To start with, the hotel is brand new. It has a very nice parking (consisting of 3 levels). The personnel is very nice and very helpful. The room is modern and clearly very well thought of in every detail. The room had a nice view and of course the same is true for the restaurant, and the Sky bar on the last floor. Lastly, the breakfast was very good (and the cream and chocolate croissants delicious!). And, coming by car, it's just on the A1, at the exit for the Salzburg Expo (Messe), so very easy to reach. Would stay again.

The hotel is simply less than 30 min away from main Salzburg HBF and bus stop is precisely 1 min from the entrance. 19th century felt strong, alluded to the rustic interior layout. I have toured around Europe for one month and first time I stayed in a place with broad stairways. Room was super clean spacious, whatever I needed well provided. The quintessential quality of my Austria stay here was the very smiley and congenial staff service, from front desk to restaurant.
