We loved everything! The original property has such charm and history, and we were in the very comfortable 3 Seen Bahn just across the road, and above the boot room, ski hire, and the 3 seen bahn chair lift. So convenient. A lovely comfortable room with views of the slopes. We paid extra to have breakfast in the hotel each day, which was excellent, and had dinner there too on the first night. The hotel is so well staffed with lovely people, and Vinzent the Director and Angelica on reception were especially attentive and kind. I’d love to return.

Perfect ski in ski out location. Amazing views across to the dreiseen slopes. Centrally located in village for restaurants, ski hire and ski schools. Apartment really well appointed and has everything we needed. We will be coming back for sure. Just perfect!

I had a delightful experience at this establishment. The reception staff, restaurant servers, and housekeeping team were all incredibly charming and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful gestures upon arrival and for Valentine's Day. The live music in the evening added a special touch to the ambiance. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, contributing to a peaceful stay. The intimate atmosphere of the restaurant and its delicious cuisine were also highlights of my visit.

Suite is top, Super big bathtub for 2 ppl. The food both in the evening and in the morning was super. The bar is ok, do not expect a lot of fun at the bar, but the people who stay there are not typical apres ski party ppl.

The property is new, super modern and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with a fabulous view over the village. It was perfect for a couple of nights with two grown teenagers. There is a cafe approximately 50m from the property, not to mention several other options within easy walking distance.

Great ski area, snow-sure, shade and sun on two opposite slopes, many red runs and also enough black ones, 2 blue runs directly in Kuehtai, the ski pass also covers another area, bus included, travel time 15 min., many kids and ski schools on the blue runs there, also many narrow tow paths. Few huts for refreshments.

A manageable ski area with challenging slopes.

A manageable ski area with challenging slopes. Virtually no waiting times at the lifts and very short distances within the village. Ideal if you don't want to ski from morning till night, but also want to enjoy the hotel. Almost every hotel offers direct access to the slopes.

A great place. We've been there several times. With small children and now, years later, with adults. It's a great place. It's a shame there are no blue slopes, but you can use them in Hochoetz, which are included in the SkiPass price.

A fantastic ski village, literally in the middle of the...

A fantastic ski village, literally in the middle of the slopes, and all the slopes are connected, so you can easily hop between them. The village itself is quite small, and unfortunately, you won't find any big après-ski parties here, but that's not allowed with the current coronavirus regulations (which are almost being abolished in Austria).

This accomodation is beautiful and in a fantastically convenient, ski in/out part of the village. The staff were very helpful and the included morning bread/pastry service is a wonderful touch. I highly recommend this as a place to stay in Kuhtai. To access the lifts, you can ski straight out the front of the apartment down to the Dreiseenbahn lift via an underpass under the road. There is a ticket office at this lift and then head out for the day from there. No need to walk up the road to the Startbahn lift to get your tickets.

Nicely upgraded hotel with good service and spectacular access from ski room (secure ski and heated boot storage) to and from ski pistes right alongside. Superior restaurant, good but not spectacular wine list. Friendly and attentive staff. Extensive spa with an impressive range of facilities (pool, saunas, steam room, infra-red room, ice pool...). Comfortable rooms with "alpine timber" decor. Nice public spaces.

the hotel is located next to the ski lift! the staff is very friendly and helpful! The food is delicious and you will have an enormous selection of different dishes ( buffet) - the wellness area and the fitness are also excellent! We have been twice in this hotel and have never been deceived.

Very new and modern hotel, nicely renovated. The staff was very friendly and loved the 4 different saunas. Breakfast was ok. The location is perfect, right in front of the ski lift and in the middle of the town.
