I had a delightful experience at this establishment. The reception staff, restaurant servers, and housekeeping team were all incredibly charming and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful gestures upon arrival and for Valentine's Day. The live music in the evening added a special touch to the ambiance. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, contributing to a peaceful stay. The intimate atmosphere of the restaurant and its delicious cuisine were also highlights of my visit.

Suite is top, Super big bathtub for 2 ppl. The food both in the evening and in the morning was super. The bar is ok, do not expect a lot of fun at the bar, but the people who stay there are not typical apres ski party ppl.

Nested at the heart of the Tirolean Alps this gem of a hotel is the perfect stay for anyone wishing to explore the region. The concept of small chalets is ingenious, giving it a true village feel! Our apartment for perfect for our family of three, and very well equipped with a spacious dining area & kitchen and a wonderful terrace from which you could relax listening to the river nearby. The pool area is exceptional, with one of the best infinity pools we have ever been in! The wellness area has multiple saunas, catering for all needs, and a lovely relaxation area. It has great facilities for children, including an indoor & outdoor play area as well as a kids pool. The food is absolutely fabulous (we had breakfast & dinner), with mouth-watering mains & deserts every night. The location is great for anyone wishing to mountain bike or ski in the surrounding areas. The staff is very friendly, welcoming & always helpful! We can't wait to go back!

Superb value in a unique building from 1906. Henry, a member of the family which has owned & managed the hotel for many years, speaks impeccable English. He'll tell you all about the history of the establishment and of the area. As a cyclist himself, he is also well informed about the roads & cycle tracks in the region. Absolutely top notch - superb - breakfast and a ridiculously good value & delicious dinner should not be missed. We usually eschew half-board but are very glad we chose the arrangement here. Room was large, quiet and had a balcony with a stunning view. Comfortable beds & excellent, modern bathroom. Secure garage with plenty of room for our tandem bicycle.

    There are a lot of kids around so going with your own kid makes it a lot more fun and there are a lot of activities for kids. For grown ups there are adults only spa and wellness areas and time which makes it also great for grown ups to relax.

    Oetz is a beautiful tiny village in the heart of the Tirolean Alps. The local people, as far as I can judge are very friendly. Oetz has 2 supermarkets with all kind of items you might need during a stay. Unfortunately Oetz does not have any trash bins for public hence it is very difficult to dispose your trash when you eat or drink something while walking through the village. This is not practical at all and I do not think this solves the recycling problem as I have seen trash laying around in various places. Other than that it is a pleasant place.

    A beautiful Tyroll town, surrounded with stunning mountains.

    A beautiful Tyroll town, surrounded with stunning mountains. You can find anything you need there, with two nice supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafes and many more. There's also petrol stations nearby and other services. There's a good range of sport facility shops and some local boutique shops. The town is just the right palce to start a ski holiday or a summer holiday, with a direct cable car to ski slopes, and with an outdoor swimming pool. The town is surrounded by beautiful trials, from the family easy onse to more advanced up hill trials.

    Oetz is a beautiful village with all the amenities (parking, shops, restaurants, cafes) and a lot of walking routes in the most gorgeous natural surroundings you can imagine. Most impressed by flowers everywhere (and three beautiful florist shops). The place is family and animal friendly, peaceful and calm, perfect for rest and relaxation. Easy access to mountains by safe cablecar. Breathtaking vistas. Highly recommended!

    Typical little town with lots of sports shops, local food and supermarkets. It is in an excellent location for those who want to travel in the Otzal Valley and other places. We visited the area in the summer - so much opportunity to enjoy nature and do outdoor activities. We drove to the town of Imst where we hiked and climbed the mountain along the Rosenngartenschlucht all the way up the mountain to the Imst Alpine Coaster. The next day we returned to ride the Alpine Coaster - in the summer it get busy so if you dont want to wait in line get ther early in the morning We did a walking route through the wooden bridges and the forest to Piburger See. Nice palce to spend the day. The water were a little cold for us. The Stuibenfall Umhausen waterfall is 20 minutes away drive - a must-do! Not an easy climb but the view from the top is simply worth the effort. The Aqua Dome is also worth driving - you can get discount rate if you get there in the evening.

    This was a lovely little area/town.

    This was a lovely little area/town. Plenty of shops, eating places, etc. and many many walks. A good hop off point for the rest of the valley (main road to Obergurgl) and Area 47 (adrenaline experience - white water rafting, climbing, water park, etc.) just down the road. Also not far from Innsbruck.

    The bed was super comfortable. I just drifted off. The room was clean, and the shower had good pressure. Best sleep I've had (stayed at four hotels in the lead up to this stay). Staff are welcoming and help if you have any questions. We parked our motorbike right outside our room's window, which made it easy to bring luggage in. Motorbike parking was free. Wish we could have stayed longer as we had a balcony with amazing views, which we didn't get time to enjoy.

    Good, silent and with nature place. There is where to walk, cabel car station is near. Good location to achieve another places. Balkony has nice view. Shower was suprised very good. Appartment was clean and new. Owners are very kind. There were a possibility to get breakfast on hotel near. Our kid was very happy with jumping on batut and free cows, horses walking around. Thank you for the reception
