We really enjoyed our stay! The property is located outside the city, but in a very convenient area — there’s a nearby suburban train station, and it takes only about 20 minutes to get to Vienna. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, a nice suburban atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the spacious, luxurious private bathroom — it’s located across the hallway, but that wasn’t an issue at all since each room has its own bathroom. There’s a shared space with a microwave and coffee machine, and coffee is kindly provided. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

The room was amazing, super clean, beautiful modern interior , huge TV screen with all the apps you need for watching . The building was also very safe .Everything you need for a few days stay was there , if not the staff was very fast to answer and provide whatever you wanted. The location was great, 1 minute away from the metro station, a few minutes from the Vienna royal zoo and Schönbrunn garden. The neighbourhood is really safe and lovely and you’re in the Center in 20 min. All in all this was a great experience and I would book again.

The location is strategic. Outside the property provides "nextbike" as public bike rental station. You may install the nextbike app to register the services with a local phone number. Walking distance to bus stop from train station. There are a lot of restaurants around the corners. Hotel Babenbergerhof's restaurant has good menu and food as well. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. We have a pleasant stay. Thank you.

    The rooms were very practical, plenty of storage space, large bathroom, comfortable bed, impeccable cleanliness. The hotel provides umbrellas for each room which was very useful as it snowed. The parking area is large and the hotel is at the exit of the residential area, which is a plus if you come by car to visit Vienna.
