Fabulous. Great & quiet location at the upper border of the Fiss town, close to the center (but uphill back :-), close to the main lift, great views, beautiful garden next to the hotel, great wellness, all the necessary facilities for your bikes (parking & washing). We also loved the wellness and the breakfast.

I only speak English but was extremely welcomed by all the workers. One of the workers (Bibi) was incredibly nice and even reserved a table for me in the dining room, even though I never asked her too. Very beautiful location and the place is well taken care of. Nice and quiet for a getaway weekend.

The hotel was very nice, room was great with a view on the ski slopes, the pool was great for the kids but the biggest plus was being able to ski from and to the hotel. With small kids this was just amazing.

We love our stay there. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Location is perfectly located, 30 mins drive from the glaciar, 20 mins drive for Serfaus or Italy. If you travel with public transport, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, which also provided you with a free bus card. There are many hiking and biking paths starting in Prutz, some rental bikes are available as well. The valley is simply beautiful. The hotel is very comfortable, going into the pool after hiking or biking is amazing. The place is very clean. Dinner was delicious, we stayed for 8 nights and everyday were different options for the dinner, dinner was also carefully presented. The bar also offers many options and our barman was very friendly as well.

The hotel is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of town. In front of the hotel is a swimming lake surrounded by a garden with plenty of sun loungers and parasols, where you can relax after a hike in the mountains. The rooms were modernly equipped with comfortable beds. The staff was very pleasant.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. There is a large relaxation area. There is a separate area where you can get body and facial massages and other treatments for an extra charge. The hotel tries to organise additional entertainment for its guests, so that every evening is not a boring one. There is a bar area where you can sit with company during the day and in the evening, have a tasty drink or an extra snack. There is enough space for parking.
