We had a fantastic time at the hotel and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel's location near the public bus station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff was extremely helpful, providing us with guidance on the must-visit spots in Salzburg. The interior of our room was excellent, with great attention to detail, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Salzburg

Unlike the expectation for the old hotel in Europe, all equipments are new and functional including sufficient hot water from shower and bath tab even on the top floor. I stayed at Bergland Hotel from 21.10. to 25.10., so I've spent 5 days/4 nights there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, upon check-in I received a map of Salzburg and a list of the best local restaurants/cafés, my room was equipped with a fridge and an electric kettle - with complementary tea ( 2 teabags + portions of sugar, replaced every day by cleanup staff :) ) The hotel itself is really pleasant and cozy, equipped with an elevator too. For 14€/day one could also receive breakfast there. The location was perfect, just a corner away there's a Billa store, all the major attractions are within a 15-20 min. walk, there are also 2 bus stops in close vicinity. I would 100% recommend it for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Salzburg.

    The hotel has a beautiful exterior and interior, the hotel exudes warmth, cleanliness, and friendly staff. The owner and hostess are very friendly. The food is very tasty, plentiful, and the breakfast is varied and perfect, the parking lot is huge right in front of the hotel. I would like to praise Borkica and Jelica, who are very kind, hardworking, pleasant and helped us a lot.

    A very pleasant hotel, it feels warm and homely. The room was spacious, with a large balcony and a view of the mountains. The children were especially excited because the bathroom had a bathtub instead of a shower.
